
This 3-week series pairs two proven techniques for recalibrating the nervous system, restorative yoga and massage therapy, in a candlelit studio with sunset views. Restorative yoga is more about repose than poses—more flop than flow. Surrender to the support of bolsters, blankets, and other props in comfy postures designed to relieve stress and anxiety. As you rest, you'll be treated to gentle adjustments and aromatherapy massage by longtime massage therapist Jennifer Lovas. If you've been running yourself ragged, nursing physical or emotional wounds, or simply craving serenity, give yourself the gift of deep rest.
