Designed for yoga teachers and trainees, Self-Study Hall is a space to gather, speak your mind, and focus on your personal practice—collectively.
We start in circle, in conversation, before moving to our mats to freestyle. There’s no instruction, no expectation, no one leading or following. Whether you flow to the music, drape yourself over a bolster, refine a sequence you plan to teach, or jot down what comes up for you, you're doing it just right.
We'll bring the snacks ;)

Indulgent Rest: Yoga + Massage Experience

Join us for a 90-minute exploration of extreme comfort. Indulgent Rest is a 3-in-1 antidote to everyday and chronic stress, combining restorative yoga, intuitive massage, and sound therapy to fill your cup.
Yoga teacher Anna Dubrovsky will guide you into comfy postures supported by bolsters, blankets, and other props. Restorative yoga is more about repose than poses—more flop than flow. As you unwind, you'll be treated to gentle adjustments and aromatherapy massage by longtime massage therapists Jennifer Lovas and Zen Diego Wellness founder Shannon French.
Enjoy a Zen Diego sound bath as you rest in your final pose and a cup of herbal tea before you depart.

Floating Sound Bath

Join Delve and Zen Diego Wellness for a floating sound bath that leaves you in a buoyant mood long after you towel off.
Held at a private residence in Oceanside, this 90-minute experience begins with a gong activation: Step into an XL Tibetan singing bowl, rest your hands on the frame of a gong, and release tension as the deep vibrations ripple through your body.
Then ease your way into the heated pool, settle into a sling-style float, and allow the soothing tones and vibrations of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you.
Enjoy a cup of herbal tea upon return to dry land, savoring the soul-stirring effects of this unique and immersive sound journey.
Please bring a swimsuit, towel and comfortable clothes to change into after the sound bath.

It's back! Our popular Yoga+Massage Series pairs restorative yoga and massage therapy to leave you feeling pampered, peaceful, and genuinely excited for Mondays.
Hosted by Delve founder Anna Dubrovsky and longtime massage therapist Jennifer Lovas, this three-week series invites you to embrace comfort. Restorative yoga isn't about striving or even stretching. It employs bolsters, blankets, and other props to support the body in restful positions, soothing your nervous system and stimulating self-healing.
As you unfold, you'll be treated to gentle adjustments and intuitive massage to erase the last traces of tension.
If you've been running yourself ragged, nursing physical or emotional wounds, or simply craving serenity, give yourself the gift of deliberate stillness.

Kitten Yoga

Join Delve and Zen Diego Wellness for the purr-fect blend of movement, mindfulness, and meows at kitten yoga! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just learning how to cat-cow, this all-levels class will leave you feline fine.
While you practice your poses, a clowder of adorable rescue kittens will scamper and snuggle their way into your heart. It's equal parts yoga and cuddle-fest, and no one will fault you for skipping a lunge to love on our furry guests. These guys don't wait for an invitation to make your mat their own, requiring you to be mindful of where you step, sit, or lower down. Think of it as meowditation.
All of the kittens are adoptable and hoping to find their furever home. And to make you feel even warmer and fuzzier inside, a portion of proceeds go directly to Furballs Furever, our pawsome rescue partner.
Children ages 8+ welcome with a participating adult.
