Anna has been practicing yoga for 20+ years and teaching since 2007. She has learned from internationally known teachers such as Erich Schiffmann and Donna Farhi and spent seven months in India studying under yoga therapy pioneer TKV Desikachar. Her classes are a tapestry of playful vinyasa and the measured, therapeutic approach she embraced in India. Anna is also an award-winning journalist whose writing has appeared in Yoga International, Yoga Journal, and many other publications.
