SAFE & SOUND is a multisensory journey of relaxation and rejuvenation set to a soundtrack of stress-melting vibrations. This 75-minute experience begins with gentle movement guided by yoga teacher and Delve founder Anna Dubrovsky, preparing the body for an extended and luxurious Savasana. Start to finish, you’ll be bathed in the soothing tones of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other ancient instruments—a symphony for the soul expertly orchestrated by Zen Diego Wellness founder Shannon French.
