February is here. The shortest month of the year brings incrementally longer days and a string of celebrations: Valentine's Day, Presidents' Day, and the Lunar New Year all squeezed into 96 hours. We invite you to spend several of those hours with us, focused on you.

Sandwiched between Valentine's Day and Presidents' Day, our love-themed day retreat encourages you to dote on yourself. Release tension with self-massage techniques. Silence your inner critic through loving kindness meditation. Wrap your nervous system in a warm embrace through mindful movement, nature, and sound.
