As part of our mission to offer experiences that nourish body, mind, and spirit, Delve is delighted to announce Make & Move, a workshop series to awaken your inner artisan. If you love yoga or other mindful practices, working with your hands, or exclaiming "I made it!" when people compliment something you're wearing or carrying, join us to Make & Move.

The first workshop is a can't-miss collaboration between Delve and local leather goods brand Rais Case. We’ll kick off with a breath-centered yoga practice designed to boost your feel-good hormones and unleash creativity. Tap into that creativity as you learn to make a leather strap for carrying your yoga mat (or beach blanket). Rais Case founder Julie Rais Ellis will guide you through each step of crafting a durable and stylish yoga strap, from selecting materials to personalizing the strap with your name, a personal mantra, or a meaningful symbol.

No yoga or sewing experience required for this one-of-a-kind workshop. Cost includes strap materials and a drink of your choice from Seaborne Coffee.
