Have you noticed the days getting longer? As our planet continues its orbit around the sun, sunset is getting later and later. That calls for a slight change to our rooftop yoga schedule. Our Monday class, Sunset Flow, will now start at 5 pm so we don’t miss a moment of nature’s nightly light show.

Speaking of trips around the sun, this Sunday is the birthday of Delve founder Anna Dubrovsky, and we apologize in advance if her tiara proves distracting during Funday Flow. If you’re joining us for yoga, please stay for a toast to the birthday princess.

Our UPDATED schedule is as follows:

Sundays 9:30 am: Funday Flow

Mondays 5 pm: Sunset Flow

Tuesdays 9:30 am: Taco ‘Bout Twists

Tuesdays 12 pm: Taco ‘Bout Hips

Fridays 12 pm: TGI Flow
