If you’ve never experienced a floating sound bath, picture this: You lie on a raft floating in the water—cozy beneath a blanket, eyes covered—as waves of sound wash over you. Crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, hand drums, and other instruments produce soothing tones and gentle vibrations that you can feel as much as hear.

Delve is delighted to partner with Zen Diego Wellness to offer this first-of-its-kind experience in Oceanside. The 90-minute journey begins with a gong activation. Step into an oversized Tibetan singing bowl, rest your hands on the frame of a gong, and feel tension dissolve as sound ripples through your body. Then, surrender to a symphony of sound orchestrated by Zen Diego founder Shannon French.

The 60-minute sound bath comes to an end just as the sun melts into the horizon. We invite you to savor the panoramic view and a cup of herbal tea before going on your tranquil way.
